Liz Fawcett (she/her) has been part of Dimos since the start in 2016 and has continued to touch and inspire our beloved students. Liz is an esteemed educator and the Head Library Media Specialist at Scotia-Glenville Central School District. She holds a Master of Science in Information Science (MSIS) and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the State University of New York at Albany. Liz is dedicated to enriching education through attentive listening and compassion and brings over two decades of teaching experience, coupled with a background in public relations and marketing.
Beyond her role at Scotia-Glenville, Liz advocates for workshops focusing on compassion and self-care, understanding their crucial role in personal and professional growth. Her commitment to empowering individuals aligns with Dimos Intuitive Arts' mission to nurture holistic development and foster transformative experiences centered on self-compassion and care.
Liz also excels in teaching technology with compassion and integrates her love for books and literature into Dimos workshops. She brings a diverse skill set, including a RYT 200 yoga certification from Yana Yoga in Malta, NY, and specialized training in Restorative Yoga from Yoga Mandali in Saratoga Springs, NY. With a passion for fostering individual voices and connections, Liz creates a nurturing environment for learners of all ages.
